Efficiency Partners founder and CEO graduated summa cum laude from UAlbany's School of Business in 1986. Joining Ebeling Associates, Inc. as a software developer and analyst, Hazleton became the primary architect of what is now EP's Crescendo enterprise software. Sam spent twenty years, ten as an employee and ten as a part-owner of Ebeling, implementing customized business software solutions for dozens of companies in a wide array of industries. Today thousands of individuals utilize software tools developed by Mr. Hazleton on a daily basis. Seeking an opportunity to focus his personal energies on a few select customers, Sam left Ebeling after 2005 to establish Efficiency Partners, LLC. A husband and father of five children, Sam is also a musician who enjoys athletics and the outdoors.
Donna's career began as a payroll processing specialist. Earning her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Russell Sage College, she joined Ebeling Associates in 1994 as a software developer. Rising quickly to positions managing Ebeling's software development team and finally its customer service team, Ms. Saviano also honed her skills as the primary consultant to several key customers. Joining Efficiency Partners in 2006, Donna consults with EP customers to expand and improve their information systems. Her extensive knowledge and experience are a valuable resource to all of Efficiency Partners' customers. Donna enjoys travel and hiking adventures with her husband and two dogs.
Earning his bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1995, Greg took a position with Monolith Corporation as a systems integration technician and was subsequently promoted to a senior level. Drawn back to his roots in New York's capital region, he left Monolith in 2000 to join Ebeling Associate's field services team. Applying his expertise in server and network configuration, and at the same time developing his skills in customer technical support and field installation, Mr. Hacker earned respect as one who can accomplish just about any task. His level of responsibility expanded in 2006 when he accepted the lead technology role within Efficiency Partners. Greg is married with three young boys, and is active as a Cub Scout Den leader.
Graduating from Binghamton University with a degree in Biology and a computer programming concentration, Matt spent fifteen years within the Matthew Bender Corporation. Holding a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of technical support, software product management, technical sales support and quality assurance, Mr. Hazleton acquired a wide range of technical, personal, management and organizational skills which prepared him uniquely for his present role as Technical Support Manager at Effficiency Partners. Matt is an accomplished golfer and avid fisherman.
Anthony joined the Efficiency Partners team soon after graduating with a degree in Computer Science from Siena College in 2006. Earning an impressive 3.7/4.0 GPA while a student, the young Ruotolo has quickly mastered the extensive library of Crescendo development tools and data structures. Anthony enjoys travel and holds a black belt in the martial arts.
Pat retired in 2002 from a long standing career as the Business Manager for the Berkshire Union Free School District. Presented with an opportunity to work closely with her daughter, Donna, she accepted a part-time role as EP's bookkeeper and office manager in 2006. An extremely efficient and productive worker, Pat has wonderful people skills and an infectious personality. Having raised three children, Pat now boasts seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She also travels extensively in addition to her role at EP.
